Comic Strip Assignment - Due Thursday, March 7th

For this assignment, you are going to be practicing using your Ancient China vocabulary words in sentences.  This will be in the form of comic strips.

Part 1

You are to draw and write a comic strip of at least 6 frames using regular paper with colored pencils.  At least 5 Ancient China vocabulary words must be used.

(or)

Write a one page fictional story using at least 5 Ancient China vocabulary words.

Part 2

Using the website www.ToonDoo.com, create a comic strip of at least 15 frames using at least 5 Ancient China vocabulary words.  This can be the same or different than the comic strip for part 1.  Just remember that part 2 must be 15 frames.  Also, include at least one reference from one of your favorite movies or books.

You will be graded on how well you use the vocabulary words in sentences.  Show me that you know what the words mean!  Also, creativity is a BIG part of the grade.

Requirements (for part 2)

1.  At least 15 Frames

2.  At least 5 Ancient China Vocabulary

3.  One reference from a favorite movie or book.
